Healthcare Providers

Help Me Grow understands that healthcare providers are extremely busy. Seeing patients daily does not leave much time to research the community resources they might need. Help Me Grow supports you by making it easier for you and your staff to locate non-medical services in the community that your patients need to ensure their child’s growth and development.

When you refer a patient to Help Me Grow, we will do research for their specific concern and find a resource to match. We can work with your patient directly and keep you informed of referrals made via fax or connect your office to referrals in the community that you can then relay to your patient.

We would be happy to do a brief in-service to demonstrate the developmental screening tool we provide to families, examples of resources we provide, and how you can search our online resource database to find resources yourselves. We also provide a Help Me Grow packet for you to give to families that are interested in our services.
